A registered chit fund company, built to be checked
Dhanam Nivesh Kuries Pvt. Ltd. runs disciplined, transparent chit groups for families and small businesses in Nagpur. Here's who we are, how we operate, and how we're regulated.
About Dhanam Nivesh Kuries
Dhanam Nivesh Kuries Pvt. Ltd. is a chit fund company registered under the Chit Funds Act, 1982, operating out of Nagpur, Maharashtra. We run monthly chit groups that combine the discipline of a fixed saving habit with the flexibility of early access to a lump sum, through a transparent, in-person auction.
Our subscribers are largely families building toward a specific goal — a wedding, a child's education, a home renovation — and small business owners who need working capital without pledging property or gold as collateral.
Why we run chit groups the way we do
Chit funds have existed in India for generations as a community-based way to save and borrow, but the industry's reputation has suffered from operators who weren't transparent about their books or their bidding. We built Dhanam Nivesh Kuries around the opposite instinct: every instalment logged in a passbook, every auction held with subscribers present, and every dividend calculation open to be checked.
Our mission is simple — give Nagpur families and small business owners a saving instrument they can verify for themselves, not one they have to take on faith.
What we're building toward
A chit fund earns trust one verified auction at a time. These are the principles we hold ourselves to while doing that.
Transparency
Every instalment, auction, and dividend is recorded where subscribers can see it — nothing is decided behind closed doors.
Discipline
Fixed schedules, fixed instalments, and a fixed process every month — for us and for every subscriber.
Community trust
We operate as a branch our subscribers can walk into, not a faceless call centre or an app-only promise.
Accountability
Registered under the Chit Funds Act, 1982, with audited accounts and a foreman security deposit backing every group.
Chit funds have a trust problem. Our books are the answer.
We know the industry's reputation. So every part of how we operate is designed to be checked, questioned, and verified — not just taken on faith.
Registered under Chit Funds Act, 1982
Every scheme filed and sanctioned with the Registrar of Chits, Maharashtra.
Government-verified foreman
Chit auctions conducted with a licensed foreman and statutory security deposit.
Independently audited books
Annual accounts audited by a chartered accountant, available to every subscriber.
Physical branch, real people
Walk into our Nagpur office — no faceless call centre, no app-only promises.
Leadership you can meet at the branch
Both directors are directly involved in day-to-day operations and are available to subscribers at our Nagpur branch.

Hariom Bhadre
Director
Hariom Bhadre leads Dhanam Nivesh Kuries with a focus on disciplined operations and long-term subscriber trust. He is responsible for the company's day-to-day management and for making sure every chit group runs strictly within the framework of the Chit Funds Act, 1982. His approach centres on transparency with subscribers — from how auctions are conducted to how dividends are calculated — and on building a company that families in Nagpur can rely on for straightforward, well-documented saving.

Indrayani Bhadre
Director
Indrayani Bhadre oversees subscriber relations and the day-to-day service standards at Dhanam Nivesh Kuries, with a focus on making sure every member understands their plan, their auction, and their passbook. She is committed to financial awareness among subscribers — helping first-time members in particular understand how a chit group works before they commit — and to maintaining the accountability and record-keeping that the company's subscribers expect.
The principles behind every decision
Transparency first
Every auction, instalment, and dividend is recorded where subscribers can see it — nothing is decided behind closed doors.
Financial discipline
The leadership treats subscriber money as a responsibility, not a resource — operating within the limits the Chit Funds Act sets out.
Accessible leadership
Both directors are reachable at the branch — subscribers are encouraged to ask questions directly rather than through layers of staff.
Registration, filings, and how we're regulated
Dhanam Nivesh Kuries Pvt. Ltd. operates under the Chit Funds Act, 1982. This page summarises how our chit groups are registered and supervised — full documents are available at our branch on request.
Governing law
Every chit group run by Dhanam Nivesh Kuries Pvt. Ltd. is constituted and administered under the Chit Funds Act, 1982, and the corresponding Chit Funds Rules of Maharashtra. No group opens for subscription until it has been sanctioned by the Registrar of Chits.
Registration & filings
Our chit registration certificate, foreman licence, and the security deposit lodged for each group are available for inspection at our Nagpur branch. Company registration and CIN details are provided on request and on official company documents.
Statutory foreman security deposit
As required by law, a security deposit is lodged with the Registrar of Chits before a group can be run — this deposit exists specifically to protect subscriber funds in the event of a default by the foreman.
Audited accounts
Annual accounts for the company are prepared and audited by a chartered accountant. Summaries are available to subscribers at the branch; full statements can be requested in writing.
Grievance redressal
Any subscriber concern should first be raised at the branch or via phone/email below. Unresolved matters can be escalated to the Registrar of Chits for the relevant jurisdiction as provided under the Chit Funds Act, 1982.
This page is a plain-language summary for subscriber convenience and does not replace the company's official registration documents, subscription agreements, or statutory filings. In case of any conflict, the official documents held at our branch and with the Registrar of Chits take precedence. Dhanam Nivesh Kuries does not guarantee returns beyond what is fixed under the terms of each chit agreement, as chit fund payouts depend on the group's auction outcomes.
Our team is based in Nagpur and happy to walk you through registration papers, current plans, or an existing subscription — in person, by phone, or by email.
